¿no?

Builds We have received new hardware! Thanks to everyone who’s contributed to make this happen (including OSU Open Source Labs, Academic Computer Club at Umeå University, and dotsrc.org). It currently takes us about 10 hours to build a round of builds. We have consulted a specialized group of mathematicians, and they’ve informed us there are more than 10 hours in a day. Hopefully this is accurate, we don’t really trust them. The current plan is daily builds on the main branch, weekly builds on the last branch, and monthly builds, as needed, for older branches. We will not be building anything older than 14.1. We realize 15.1 builds aren’t including many (if any) changes in a single day, but we’re taking this opportunity to make sure our infrastructure can keep up when 16.0 is released and work out any bugs in the new build system. This doesn’t mean you need to update every day (although you can if you want to), you can always flash newer builds even if they’re months/years newer than your current build. We also took this upgrade as a chance to modernize (and open source) our build process. We’ve moved away from Jenkins in favor of Gitlab CI. You can see the current status of the build bots at https://builds.lineageos.org. While some parts of our infrastructure are hosted on GitLab, we’re keeping GitHub as our main mirror, and still using Gerrit for our Code Review platform for all non-infrastructure projects. |

De aquaris Dev blog Aquaris M5/X5/E5 4G - msm8916 devices - Status (piccolo/paella/vegetalte)
Numerous changes*were merged today from guest contributor*Aymen, part of building LineageOS 15.1. We will work on helping him finish this port as soon as possible. When it is complete, there will be an official announcement on this blog and in Slack, and then the 15.1 builds will be enabled. Known LineageOS 14.1 bugs: Bluetooth HFP*does not work. Unconfirmed:*Proximity sensor*does not work during calls9.

Goodbye LineageOS 14.1
The Nougat-based release has been discontinued and the last builds were published on February 7th, 2019. The branches will not be locked, so it’ll still be open for contributions such as security patches, as the 13.0 and 11.0 branches that have been getting security patches backported by the community. LineageOS 15.1 will remain under active development, but don’t expect new features to come since the majority of the developers have jumped to the Pie branch. It is also important to note that though at the moment no devices are jumping directly from 14.1 to 16.0, any devices which do so in the future will need to wipe data, and follow the instructions on the device’s wiki page, as we don’t officially support migrating data from 14.1 to 16.0 for a variety of reasons. https://lineageos.org/Changelog-22 Como no me entero mucho en inglés, no sé si van a seguir sacando actualizaciones de seguridad (me ha parecido entender que si), o podemos olvidarnos ya del terminal.

No muchos moviles llegan tan lejos. Aun asi, si algun dia sale algo, bienvenido será. |
