Hola a todos ya tenemos la primera Rom KitKat 4.4.4 y como no de la mano de SultanXda    CyanogenMod (pronounced /saɪ.'æn.oʊ.dʒɛn.mɒd/) is an enhanced open source firmware distribution for smartphones and tablet computers based on the Android mobile operating system. It offers features and options not found in the official firmware distributed by vendors of these devices.Notable features:

Video (thanks to @EZY-E!) Installation: It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to do a standard full wipe (factory reset, system, cache) if you are coming from a different ROM, then install the ROM and gapps for Android 4.4. If you're coming from a CM10.2 ROM then it is possible to dirty flash this ROM over your current setup and install gapps for 4.4 without wiping anything; HOWEVER, if you encounter ANY issues with this setup then I will not help you fix them. I will only listen to your issues if you perform a full wipe before installing this ROM for the first time. When there is an update available it is OK to dirty-flash the update, but don't forget to wipe /cache and Dalvik cache. Common problems and solutions: 1. Problem: Music starts skipping and/or plays out of the speaker whenever I go to the home screen! Solution: You need to disable "Ok Google" hotword detection. Prueba a descargarla de nuevo por si no lo ha hecho correctamente, formatea la SD y hazle todos los wipes, yo no he tenido ningun problema con la instalacion.

Mismo error al instalar "aborted", hay que tener la version Rc2 de 4ext. Actualizado y sin problemas.
Os dejo un enlace puesto en XDA para actualizar 4ext, desde el principio hasta el 1:40. Y ahora a probar 4.4.3 !!!!

Bueno, compañeros despues de 7 horas con el terminal a "full" , haciendo fotos, jugando, maps, con wifi de momento muy, muy estable. Me falta realizar llamadas y comprobar como va con datos, pero el comportamiento hasta el momento y ya os digo ( he gastado dos baterias pero forzando) muy muy bueno.
Ole y Ole... Me quedo con esta, por fin!!!!! Venía de 4.3 de Sultan, solo con wipes. *Nota: Dejemos ya a un lado el tema de consumo de batería, sabemos todos que tanto el último terminal de Corea, como nuestro terminal, la batería tiene una vida. Bueno yo de momento no he tenido ningún bug con datos y wifi al mismo tiempo, llamadas perfectas, de momento todo bien, utilizo muchisimo el terminal y es una alegría tener 4.4.3 estable en mi Sensation. Y como siempre digo hay que ajustar el procesador a la frecuencia miníma del CPU en 384Mkz y la máxima a 1188Mhz, con patrones de CPU ONDEMAND. A disfrutar!!!

La Sensation lleva un procesador Qualcomm Snapdragon de 1.2GHz, es como forzar un automovil más potencia de la que no tiene, si quieres puedes ponerlo en ajustes de rendimiento a 1.9Ghz , nunca lo he probado a tanto, si a 1350Mhz(1.3GHz) y no notaba diferencia. La potencia como tu dices no la dá la rom, sino el procesador que llevamos en la terminal. Lo que sí afecta al rendimiento de la batería es la frecuencia mínima, no es lo mismo que este trabajando a 1188 que a 384 como yo tengo, si le aumentas la mínima a 1188 rendirá a toda potencia. Un saludo.
Tenía entendido que la sensation llevaba un procesador a una frecuencia de 1.5 ghz pero iba capado a 1.2 ghz, así que si la pones a 1.5 es la velocidad real y nativa del procesador. Un saludo.

Probada durante algo menos de una semana y realmente tiene muy buena pinta... aunque al activar el ART se resienten algunas aplicaciones jeje pero bueno dentro de lo que cabe va bastante bien...
Grande SultanXda!!! espero que no quede este terminal en el olvido... porque con roms como estas se demuestra que tiene bastante guerra que dar jeje
