First of all, we want to extend a huge thank you to all of you who have been participating in our beta program. It's been a huge success. By sending in your feedback, bug reports, and general thoughts, you've made OxygenOS even better, and we're making improvements faster than ever before.Today, we have a particularly exciting announcement: Open Beta 8 – built on Android Nougat - is available now for the OnePlus 3.

Android Pay may not work correctly
Some stability/performance issues
After upgrading to Android N, you will not be able to directly downgrade back to M builds. Our customer service team has a special build of Android M that will allow you to downgrade, but this will format your device. If you'd like to flash back to M, please contact our CS support here: [https://oneplus.net/support]
Please keep in mind that this is beta software. This build will not be as stable as our official OTA releases. Given that this is a shift to a brand new version of Android, there may be more bugs in this build than previous Open Beta builds. By installing this update, you accept the potential risk.

Parece que una vez que se instale esta rom de nougat, para volver a mashmallow hay que instalar una rom especial q hay q pedir a soporte, y q formatea todo. Así que ojo.

Osea que, sí instalamos esta beta y sale mala, no hay marcha atrás a MM salvo formatear completamente el móvil y hacer vierguerias?

Pasos de instalacion segun los comentarios:

1. back up your data
2. download the rom from http://oxygenos.oneplus.net.s3.amaz....27b14247fd.zip
3. Download and install Minimal adb and Fastboot
4. put the full rom .zip file into adb folder and rename it like update.zip
5. go to command prompt open as administrator
6. boot your phone to recovery mode and select adb download
7. write in command prompt adb divices
8. then again write adb sideload update.zip and enter..............done............wait till 100%..enjoy




Ahora yo dejo los mios, instalada la BETA 7, que os dejara el recovery stock, iniciad, iros a Ajustes, Actualizacion del Sistema y Actualizad manualmente, teneis que dejar el zip en la memoria.


EDIT 1: Se esta comentando que se funciona la instalacion por el ultimo TWRP unofficial y utilizando la instalacion por ADB Sideload mantienes los datos, por aquellos que estan en todo stock.

Algunos comentan que no les funciona la red movil, cuidado, y si instalais, comentad como va

Bueno, pues comentando desde el teléfono. Tras una instalación "sucia" sobre la 3.2.8 parece que va bien. Como primera impresión no es tan suave pero no va a tirones. Abra que ir viendo.
