Fallo en la camara principal del HTC One S

Hola compañeros,

Tengo mi HTC one S desde hace aprox un mes y he realizado con el unas 100 fotos y 6 vídeos, pero desde hace un par de dias no puedo hacer ninguna foto ni vídeo desde la aplicación de la cámara. El problema es que arranco la aplicación de la cámara y parece que va bien se pre-visualiza la imagen y veo como enfoca perfectamente pero cuando le doy al botón de foto (lo tengo en modo ráfaga, aunque lo he intentado en modo normal tb) se congela la imagen y luego se cierra la aplicación y me vuelve a la pantalla principal del teléfono y no esta la foto. He probado la aplicación de 'panorama' y esta funciona correctamente.
He reseteado el móvil y los valores de la cámara pero sigue igual.
No he realizado una restauración de los valores de fabrica del teléfono por miedo a perder la configuración de este (si fuera necesario lo haría).

¿Como puedo resetear la camara?¿Existe algun reset Hardware? ¿Que puedo hacer antes de enviar al SAT?

Puedes probar borrar los datos de la cámara (Ajustes -> Aplicaciones -> Cámara -> Borrar datos) con eso solo pierdes los ajustes de la cámara y tal vez resuelva el problema si es algo que se ha quedado corrupto.

Si no puedes probar instalarte algún visor de logcat (logs del sistema) como este, lanzar la cámara y nada más se te cierre abrirlo a ver si en el log del sistema se escribe algo que te indique la posible causa del error...

A mi me pasaba casi lo mismo cuando usaba un widget de linterna cpn el led de la camara. Me abria la app pero no me dejaba hacer fotos, peroa reiniciando el movil volvia a funcionar. Suerte amigo!

Gracias por vuestra respuesta. Borre todos los datos de la camara y sigue igual. He capturado los logs (solo los errores) pero no consigo ver el porque.

Se mencionan varias veces falta de memoria (Out of memory) y error al codificar en jpeg.
Podría ser que cuando toma la foto e intenta volcarla a disco hay algo corrupto por ahí o una fuga de memoria que haga que se desborde...

Que ajustes tienes puestos? (resolución de las fotos, ajustes de brillo...)

Puedes probar toqueteando los ajustes (bajar la resolución por ejemplo) no como solución sino para encontrar el culpable, o podrías comentar al SAT (se puede contactar con soporte de HTC por chat) este problema pegandole los logs, aunque probablemente te digan de resetear a ajustes de fabrica, asi que antes de probar esta opcion yo probaría primero resetear los ajustes y si sigue fallando ya hablar con el SAT

Efectivamente he reseteado a valores de fabrica (es que no quería ya que esto conlleva reconfigurar el teléfono) y ..... YA FUNCIONA !!!

Se habria quedado algo de la memoria corrupta o del codec JPG...no se.

He llegado tarde a este hilo. Sorry.

A mí no me ha pasado exactamente esto que cuentas, pero sí algo parecido... En mi caso no podía iniciar la app de cámara... aparecía medio segundo y se cerraba sola. Me ha pasado en dos ocasiones, y siempre ha sido por la misma razón: tenía en la memoria de almacenamiento una foto o video corrupto. Supongo que al iniciar la cámara también se inicia la galería, y si detecta esa foto/video corrupto, salta una excepción y se cierra. Puedes detectar esa foto/video corrupto abriendo la galería, y buscando alguna foto/video que no pueda mostrar su miniatura.

Siento haber llegado tarde. Te hubiera evitado un factory defaults, que siempre es molesto...

hola, a mi también se cerraba la aplicaciónde la cámara al medio segundo, restaure a valores de fábrica y nada. Cuando borre todo incluso fotos,vídeos restaure de nuevo se solucionó. pienso también que fue algún video corrupto o foto

a mi me pasa casi lo mismo con la camara de mi htc one s cuando en lugares oscuros tomo la foto y el flash sale normal pero cuando voy ah revisar la misma foto tomada me sale totalmente negra alguien que me ayude porfavor se los agradeceria
