me da error de verificacion :s, y no he instalado ningun recovery...
volvi a la version anterior use el paso 1 y 2 y luego al actualizar via ota me da error de verificacion :S

Si no funciona te busco un pequeño parche que subieron los de xda para fallos de semiroot en la 4.4.4

buenas tardes, tengo un inquietud desde el lunes que actualice mi z2 a 4.4.4 con pc, he busacdo una manera segura de hacerle root y no lo he encontrado, hay alguna manera de hacerle root teniendo ya instalada la 4.4.4?

encontre una version de 4.4.4 para el z2 ftf, sera que puedo flashearla encima de la que actualice por pc companion, segun la persona que la publico a esa version le puedo poner otro kernel y podre tener root.

si, pero luego empece de 0, con flashtool desde 0 pero seguia igual.
al final he seguido el tuto de jaaa y me he creado un .zip con root y recovery gracias igualmente

Lo primero que hay que hacer es tener la versión anterior, (.314) CON ROOT. Si ya tenéis la .167 recomiendo flashear la versión .314 con Xperifirm y flashtools

(Para los que tengáis ya la .167 debéis flashear la ROM y seguir los pasos del archivo anterior) Es importante que no instaléis ningún recovery ni deis permisos root a ninguna app!!!! Ahora actualizamos vía OTA (los de orange haced esto: http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=914796) DESDE .167 Vale, cuando ya tengáis la versión .167 abrimos SuperSU y nos va a pedir actualizar los binarios... pero no va a poder.. =( Descargamos esta otra app: https://mega.co.nz/#!11YxnbAK!3ErW0Y...OWHgdIwxNjAvQQ La instalamos y pulsamos el botón verde, esperamos... (si pasa mucho tiempo volver a pulsar y se debe poner ROOT en mayusculas). Se reinicia el movil y los binarios de SuperSU ya están funcionales y actualizados, pero antes de que funcione de nuevo SuperSU hay que BORRAR LOS DATOS DE LA APP QUE ACABAMOS DE INSTALAR EN AJUSTES! EDIT: Los que tengáis aún problemas con binarios instalad Busybox y luego vais a SuperSU y le dais a permitir por defecto todas las peticiones de root, desinstalais SuperSU Capturas:

Buenos días.
Yo tenía la .314 rooteada. Actualicé por OTA y me quedé con semi root. Seguí los pasos del hilo pero no me funcionó  pero navegando por XDA encontré esto http://forum.xda-developers.com/xper...t-167-t2936269 y a mi me ha funcionado perfectamente. Espero que les ayude. Saludos.

Solución al semi-root
He seguido los pasos del tutorial y he conseguido un aceptable semi-root. Pero quería un full root y poder acceder a /system, sobre todo por el tema de poder acceder a la SD. Me he puesto a trastear, y desde FlashTool, he realizado lo siguiente: Primero le he dado a instalar el BusyBox... me seguía dando "root denied", luego le he dado a My65xx-->root --> Towelroot, me ha pedido petición el SuperSu pero seguía y aparentemente el Flashtool decía que tenía acceso root, pero no ha sido así y la app SDFix no me dejaba quitar el bloqueo del acceso a la SD (osea, que sehuía sin poder entrar a system), y ya por último, le he dado a My65xx-->root --> Run Root Shell y esta vez, si me ha dejado. Le he dado a SDFix y todo ok, si bien no he podido acceder a la SD hasta que he reiniciado.
