Necesitarás una partición del sistema de al menos 230MB de memoria para instalar la ROM y las gapps. (Mas abajo te explico como crearla)
La rom es compatible con int2ext + .
DESCARGAS EN SEGUNDO POST
Funciona:

GUIA de INSTALACION- Actualizada 17-08-2014
Lo PRIMERO es Aumentar la particion system hasta 230 para darle mas soltura. (Y sino tendreis Problemas con la WIFI y SUPERUSER: y no podreis instalar las gapps (google play)

Se hace con el metodo TPTHelper. En este enlace teneis el tutorial:

primero hacer tpt (si no lo teneis ya): Cache (35) , system (230)

Luego ¡ATENCIÓN! Necesitamos tener el recovery 6.0.5.3. para poder instalar esta rom o cualquier 4.4.4. Se instala desde el recovery directamente y luego le damos a reboot recovery.
*Para entrar en este recovery se hace con la siguiente combinación de botones: VOLUMEN+ + HOME + ENCENDER

Tienes que entrar presionando volumen+ y home y encender. En principio tienes que pulsar las teclas a la vez y esperar a que vibre 2 veces ... entre la primera y la segunda vibración suelen pasar unos 10 o 15 segundos.

Instalación limpia : (haced un backup antes de vuestros datos /fotos de la sd)
1º) Wipe data/factory reset y confirmamos dando en “Yes — delete all user data“.
2º) Wipe cache partition y pulsamos en “Yes – Wipe Cache“.
3º) Luego en el menú principal entramos en “Advanced“, seleccionamos “Wipe Dalvik Cache” y escogemos la opción “Yes – Wipe Dalvik Cache”.

4º)Luego vamos a “Advanced“, “Partition SD CARD” y particionamos así:

A) Ext Size: Escogemos en función de la tarjeta micro SD que tengamos, si es de 2 GB 256 MB,si es de 4 GB 512MB, y si es 8/16 GB ponemos 1024 MB.
Es un espacio reservado para instalar la aplicaciones en la tarjeta SD.
b) Swap Size: Ponemos 0MB de memoria swap. Solo se usa para la Rom Z3 Elite Movil. En esta caso como vamos a instalar la Cyanogen no hace falta.

Y a continuación Instalar por este orden

PurePerformances es mi script preferido de optimizacion (aunque hay otros, Crossbrender, etc...). Con el, el movil mejora su funcionamiento y fluidez, y es indispensable que instaleis este o alguno similar de los que existen, esto ya va a gustos, aunque yo solo he probado a fondo este y es el que puedo recomendar.

PureAudio es un script que mejora el sistema de audio del movil y es recomendable para todos los que usen el movil para escuchar musica, pero no es obligado instalarlo, ya que solo va a mejorar el sonido, no tiene otra funcion.

Esto es lo que modifica o mejora:

- No necesitas ninguna app para cambiar el gobernador y la velocidad del procesador, lo puedes hacer sin instalar nada, tan solo con activar el modo de desarrollador, esto se hace pulsando varias veces seguidas sobre el "Numero de compilacion", en el menu "Informacion del telefono". Despues de esto ya tendras en el menu la seccion "Rendimiento" (enviado por djchena)

- Para cambiar la resolución de la rom de 200 a 240dpi, tienes que abrir el CMFilemanager, darle permisos root y buscar el fichero build.prop y cambiar estas 2 opciones que tienen 200 a 240y reinicias y ya esta, son los parametros

cómo habilitar barra de estado transparente ?
go to Settings->About Phone->Then Keep tapping build number until it says 'You are now a developer!'->Go back to settings->Performance->Press 'Force high-end Graphics'->Reboot->TA DA You now have transparent status bar.
If you want Navigation bar:
Settings->Interface->Press 'Show navigation bar'->Reboot->TA DA you have a nexus 5!

Desde 4.x ninguna rom tiene flash, para eso están las 2.x ;)

Alucino, moviles de gama baja, tirando a muy baja como es el Skate a dia de hoy, con una optimizacionde software tendrias un movil renovado, que no le haria ascos de ninguna manera. Y estos hijos de la gran puta que no liberan drivers de radio y flash, alucinante GENTUZA! los de ZTE. y Huawei

Esta funciona muy bien el único problema es al intentar subir fotos a Instagram, se cuelga, algunas veces me pasaba en las 4.2 y 4.0 (aunque en ellas no dejaba hacer nada en este caso con la 4.4 si se puede "dejar de lado" la app) pero no logro hacer que suba la foto por mas intentos que haga ya borre datos, la instale de nuevo, reinicie el tlf y nada, por lo demás va muuuy bien mucho mas fluidas que las 4.X.X anteriores, vengo de la H3 Holo que es 2.3.7 (la mas fluida que he probado) y en fluidez casi están iguales algunos lag pero minimos

Alguien mas tiene problemas con Instagram?
