Si especulo bien la cagada fue que Swiss Post dejase pasar algunos paquetes con baterías, entonces han tenido que retener algunos contenedores para encontrarlos? o es otra cosa?
Otra pregunta que ya se ha dicho, alguna forma de denunciar (o algo) a los de Swiss Post? Recordemos que los afectados no somos solo nosotros, por algún lado tendrá que aparecer info. ![]() ![]() Pienso en el caso de Enanno con 5 teléfonos y si le llega doble, pone directamente una tienda ![]() Pero dudo mucho que agencias similares a Correos España, vaya a responsabilizarse de retrasos y retenciones por cambios de normas.

We are very sorry to let you wait.Let’s explain all: First we chose Swiss Post.It allowed the parcel with two batteies before.But they sunddenly changed the rule which is allowing parcel only with one battery one week ago.Before we sent the parcel to shipping agent they told us Swiss Post is safe.So we trusted them.But problem happened.They screwed us. There are more than 10000pcs Swiss Post are stucked in HK.There are 1400 Swiss parcels from our shipping agent amoung 10000pcs.Shipping agent worker is still looking for their parcels.We started send parcel on 4th.At first,we sent 3 batches.Each day around 30 parcels.We couldn't send so many Parcels at one time.Because all the parcels look the same.It's not good and safe.So the parcels are not together.They are seperated.First.They are looking for their company's parcel.Then they will looking for ours.Shipping worker spent so much time to find theirs company's parcels.They started to look for their parcel on 8th.until now,they are still looking for. But in the mean time.Our shipping agent are still trying to convince the Swiss Post worker to pass the parcel as possible as they can.If it's lucky,any parcel will be passed.RS911513717CH this tracking was updated on 8th.Then there are 3 more on 12nd.They are RS911513249CH RS911513527CH RS911513725CH.These 4 tracking is lucky.So that's to say.There might be more lucky tracking.We planned re-send the parcels which are stucked in HK.But if there is any lucky parcel is sent out.We will send two parcels to the buyer.According to our company's rule.We can't take this risk.So will wait until Thurday(18th) shipping agent confirm they have found all of our parcels and make sure they won't be sent out by Swiss Post.Then we can send the parcel again by HK Post. We are really screwed by the shipping agent!!! Here is the solution: 1,If any buyer can't wait until 18th and request full refund.We will do full refund on 18th. 2,If any buyer can wait until 18th.We will be thankful for your pationt.And we will refund you 3USD.So total refund will be 2+3=5USD. Please reply us which option you choose.Thanks! We have got 6 parcels back today.Shipping agent handled them very late today.We couldn't get the 6 tracking today.We can update 6 more trackings tomorrow morning at China time.Tomorrow we hope they can find more our parcels.Then we can update more tracking. Yo tengo entendido que los paquetes se envían por vía aérea. Lo de los Contenedores, entonces, no es posible. Si fuera esto por vía marítima... lo que llamamos cagada sería multiplicado por mil. También entiendo que los paquetes están ¿extraviados? en un inmenso almacén AEREO de Swiiss Post. Si es lo que me imagino... Swiiss Post (cuyo nivel organizativo ¿no dudo?) tiene un problema ENORME y no sólo con nosotros. Si estuvieran en contenedores marítimos... Ya sólo dependemos de la suerte. Saludos. |

De todas formas creo que tomarse 24 horas más, visto el desarrollo de acontecimientos, me parece PRUDENTE por parte de Jeff, que además compensa la espera con tres dólares. En fin, sólo es mi opinión. Comento también que mi hijo tiene tracking con HONG KONG post ... pero todavía no está activo. SUPONGO, y sólo supongo, que está en estos paquetes extraviados. Saludos. |

O sea respondemos al correo, la opción 1 sería que el jueves nos devuelve el dinero y se anula el pedido, y la opción 2 que el jueves se envía el pedido y nos devuelve 5 dolares? Mi ingles es bastante malo
