Buenas a todos y ¿una consultita?

Buenas a todos ... esto no es una presentación porque ya la hice hace algunos años .... solo es una duda. Y no se donde ponerlo.
Intento bajar algunos programas de XDA y no me deja (aunque estoy registrado tambien hace tiempo) ... hace algunos años no tenia ningun problema, pero desde hace unos meses no puedo y recibo este mensaje:
