Emails en tarjeta de almacenamiento

Hola a todos.

A ver si me podéis echar una mano.

Tanto en la Diamond como en la HD modifiqué el Registro con las instrucciones que encontré en el foro para poder guardar los correos en la tarjeta de almacenamiento.

El tema es que con la HD2 no hay forma. He modificado el registro, incluyendo las entradas:

en HKLM\System\Inbox\Settings

PropertyPath con valor \Storage Card\Correo
AttachPath con valor \Storage Card\Correo\Adjuntos

Pero al hacer un SR me renombra la tarjeta a Storage Card2 y me crea una nueva carpeta llamada Storage Card, que está en la memoria principal.

¿Alguien ha encontrado solución?.

Me respondo a mí mismo, al parecer, de momento no hay solución para el tema de mover los mails a la tarjeta de almacenamiento, según XDA-Developers:

While there are obvious differences between Maila and Sense, it seems increasingly that some well-known and long standing tweaks and registry hacks are ignored by the HD2.

I wondered if there was an application layer between the UI and the OS that might have its own settings that override the registry - seems unlikely but until someone can explain why these hacks are not working (or tell me I'm wrong), I thought it might be useful to keep a note of what DOESN'T work, along with any solutions as they are found.

1. Can't move the Inbox to the Storage Card

Standard Hack: Add the string 'PropertyPath = \Storage Card\Inbox" to HKLM\System\Inbox\Settings

Issue: The hack actually works but on reboot the Storage Card is renamed 'Storage Card2' and a new folder called 'Storage Card' created on the device. This may be because the Storage Card is slow to mount

Pues, es una pena. Para los que recibamos muchos emails en el móvil (con adjuntos), el tamaño de memoría se pude quedar corto...
