Cambiar el launcher

Hooolas amigos,
como el tema de las roms lo veo un poco verde, he pensado en
quitar el lentisimo y feo launcher que trae el s3 para poner el adw.
es posible hacerlo quitando "la capa y launcher" de samsung?
No quiero instalarlo y que el otro se quede en segundo plano
enlenteciendo el sistema

Si pones un launcher se te queda el de serie como "debajo"..si quieres quitar el de serie ya deberias flashear..

De todas formas hay launchers que van bastante rápidos y no son para nada lentos. Puedes seleccionar que el ADW sea el prioritario también.

Gracias joseph,
he metido el adw ex y va mucho mas rápido y personalizable.
Aunque ahora lo que no puedo es poner los widgets que venian
de serie de samsung, como el calendario que me encantaba

Se puede acelerar el launcher original (Touchwiz):

*Guys I felt the phone was buttery smooth, but on certain occasions I.e. lock screen ripple transition into opening your home screen and toggling between messages in the messaging app, the transition would s stutter just a tiny bit. Problem is solved if you go into:1. Settings-> developer options-> and Window animation scale and Transition Animation scale -> change both of those to .5xThe phone now runs like the beast it was born to be. los widgets de calendario y tiempo de serie solo funcionan en el launcher de serie...y eso de que las roms esta verde....prueba la XliteRom y seguro que cambias de opinion...

Hola compis, tengo un problema debido a mi ignorancia en el tema smartphones.
Le he puesto el launcher Apex pro a mi terminal. El touchWiz no me acaba de gustar, pero y aqui viene el problema, no me deja meter los widgets del cajon de aplicaciones a las pantallas de uso. Ni los que venian por defecto en el terminal, ni los de apps que me he bajado pagados o gratuitas, ni nada de nada. Solo las apps a secas... Me pide que de permiso de super usuario... que si Root, etc... esto es así? Si pongo un launcher diferente no puedo meterle widgets a mis pantallas? Osea que, o rooteo el terminal o me como el Touchwiz?
