Animacion de inicio GingeReal 1.4 ( consulta )

Me recomendais alguna animacion de inicio para esta rom , y como se puede cambiar.

Estoy un poco perdido sobre como hacerlo y cual meter.

Ya me he descargado un boot animacion compatible pero no enteindo los pasos del tutorial
alguien me lo puede explicar , es que me suena a chino y ni con el traductor soy capaz de comprender que archivos hay que mover y replazar...


STEP 1: Download Bootanimation of your choice
form here http://gingerreal.info/index.php/topic,47.0.html or any other of your choice
and rename it to bootanimation.zip

STEP 2: Copy the file bootanimation.zip with root explorer to
/system/media

STEP 3: Change the files in /system/media/ that ends with *.qmg to *.qmg.bak

STEP 4: Now copy bootanimation.zip to
/data/local
*delete the old file from there if present

STEP 5: Copy samsungani from download link and paste it in
/system/bin

*overwrite the old file.

STEP 6: Change the name of the file bootanimation in /system/bin
to bootanimation.bak
If you have samsungloop file in this directory you can rename it to samsungloop*.bak

STEP 7. Reboot your phone.

Te comento,no sé como será en Gingerreal yo tengo KS9+Cyanogenmod y lo hice muy facil
-Descargué el bootanimation
-Busqué en Root Explorer la carpeta donde estaba el bootanimation
-Quité el archivo Bootanimation que estaba ahi
-Puse el nuevo en esa carpeta,reinicié y listo ya tenia el nuevo
-No era compatible,se me veia muy grande y lento
-Cogi fui de nuevo a la carpeta con el Root Explorer,eliminé el bootanimation que habia puesto-
-Habia hecho una copia del bootanimation que venia,cogi la copia de la Sd y la copie de nuevo en la carpeta,reinicie y tenia de nuevo el viejo.

Esa es mi experiencia,claro que son distintas roms y tal pero nosé,prueba a ver.
