se me cuelga...

Buenas!

Desde hace unos dias, mi P3300 se cuelga... Debo quitar la bateria y reiniciarla. Funciona 24 y... se vuelve a colgar. Alguna idea?

Ok, acabo de ver este post http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=10512 donde sucede lo mismo... Por lo que veo, no tiene solución, no?

Good day,

Thank you for contacting HTC support.

I would first recommend performing a soft reset, to sort the problem.

- Turn phone off
- Take battery out
- Remove Sim Card
- Clean gold contacts on sim card (this will clear any static)
- Replace sim card then battery
- Turn phone back on

Warning! Performing a hard reset on your device, will reset back to factory default settings.
Please ensure any additional installed programs and/or user data have been backed up before a hard reset is performed.

The Hard reset if followed step by step, usually sorts out the problem that you are experiencing

To re-install / hard reset your HTC Touch you need to do a hard reset.

To perform a hard reset
1. Press and hold the TALK and END buttons, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device.
2. Release the stylus, but continue pressing the TALK and END buttons until you see the following message on the screen: This operation will delete all your personal data, and reset all settings to manufacturer default. Press Action to restore manufacturer default, or press other keys to cancel.
3. Release the TALK and END buttons, and then press ENTER on your device.
