Bootloop con el Logo de Motorola

Buenas noches amigos, cómo están?... Soy nuevo, este es mi primer post...

Bueno, les cuento... Pues adquirí un Moto G5S Plus para eso del 2018 finales, todo funcionaba bien dentro de lo normal, a veces cuando lo reiniciaba salían unos errores de System no responde a los que no prestaba mucha atención, porque luego funcionaba normal... hasta principios de este año, estaba un poco llena la memoria , entonces le inserté un Micro SD para liberar un poco de espacio y mover muchas imágenes que tenía ahí. Lo apagué para insertar la SD y cuando lo fuí a prender, no pasaba del Logo de Motorola. Pensé que era de batería o algo así, lo reinicié, le hice varias cosas y hasta el día de hoy, sigue así...

En primera instancia, al no saber mucho o nada del tema, intente esto:







Sin tener éxito, luego también intenté borrar la memoria caché a través del Fastboot, pero tampoco tuve solución...


Luego pues estaba el Hard Reset mediante el Fastboot o reinstalar la Rom por medio del EVITAR.Porque tengo muchos documentos, sobre todo Blocs de notas con información importante, así como contactos y material multimedia que necesito recuperar...

Entonces decidí seguir buscando y por suerte encontré un interesante post en este foro:

Esto me volvió a dar una esperanza, además que tengo la suerte de contar con un Moto G2, así que probé los pasos descritos en ese post... Y me dí cuenta que evidentemente funciona, no borra los datos del equipo... Luego procedí a a realizarlo con el Moto G5S Plus y algunos comandos no funcionaban, investigué un poco y me dí cuenta que los archivos de cada ROM eran totalmente diferentes, así que encontré unos comandos específicos para el Moto G5S Plus:

En ese caso, siguiendo las instrucciones del post anteriormente mencionado,

fastboot erase userdata
fastboot erase customize
fastboot erase clogo


Todo lo que pudiera borrar datos, pero también tuve dude sobre estos, que no sé que acción realizan:

Finalmente, decidí usar sólo estos comandos, pero el teléfono siguió igual en el Bootloop del Logo:

Es acá, al puto de recurro a expertos como ustedes, ya que no sé que más hacer y sigo teniendo muchas dudas... Ustedes creen que se hayan borrado datos con estos procedimientos o todo siga igual? Hay alguna manera de instalar el TWRP para salvar datos?
Muchos videos y foros que he leído dicen que también puede ser FALLO DE BATERÍA, pero yo dudo mucho que sea ello, además para quitar la batería de este modelo, sí no estoy mal creo que hay que quitar el display y pues muchos técnicos no se comproten por ello... Además carga normal cuando lo cargo a full y la batería se consume en el porcentaje normal, entonces por eso no creo... Pero sí que necesito que si son tan amables me echen una mano, porque ya no sé que más hacer, realmente a veces me hago la cabeza un manicomio con este tema...
