[ CONSULTA ] No consigo volver a nougat 7.0

No consigo volver a nougat. Tengo el G4 plus XT1642 6.0.1 MPJ24 139-48 ahora no me sale la OTA intente por fastboot pero al ejecutar el flashall da un error.
supungo que a mas de uno le ocurre.
alguna solucion gracias.

a mi me pasaba igual, nunca pude con flashall, me toco a mano, metiendo codigo por codigo, menos los que terminan en " sparsechunk.0", osea no se si me haga entender...ejecute todos los codigos mediante fastboot, menos esos 7 que te indico y todo de maravilla...prueba y me cuentas, si no te funciona , me envias un mensaje privado y te colaboro.
