[ CONSULTA ] "el Proceso system no responde

Buenas
Al intentar liberar el movil con el Galaxy_S Unlock, al hacer el paso 2 q se reinicia el telefono y luego vuelvo a abrir el progama y le doy a la opcion 3, cada vez q reinicio pone "el proceso system no responde" y no me deja hacer casi nada, no tengo ninguna copia de seguridad y al intentar poner el telefono como de fabrica me sigue poniendo lo mismo,he entrado en recovery y le e hecho un wipe data/factory reset y un wipe cache partition y igual,un hard reset y igual... tengo la version 4.0.3 de Movistar, AYUDA PLEASE
