Dudas sobre versiones
Acabo de instalar la 4.4.18 (EU) pero no termino de aclararme con las versiones de Miui
Entiendo que esta es la v4, del 18 de abril y está basada en la 4.3 de android (JB) ¿voy bien? Y he leído que hay una versión beta, v5, basada en kitkat (4.4) pero no la veo publicada. También he leído que tiene algunos bugs, no sé si son importantes Y luego he visto en xataka, que ya andan enredando con la v6 (¿kitkat, 4.4.2?) Quería que alguien me confirme todo esto y si hay algún link donde pueda informarme y bajar esas roms v5 y v6 (Mejor en español  )

La que usas es la V5 que esta basada en android jelly bean 4.3 y estas usando la rama de desarrollo que es de actualizacion semanal.
La v6 es la que estara basada en kitkat. para el mi3 solo existe la V5 ( y ahora un grupo de betatesters probara la v6 pero aun no ha sido lanzada)

Es que había leído esto que dice que la V5 está basada en kitkat

Eso es porque la noticia la han copiado de otro sitio en el que al principio lo pusieron mal, pero luego lo rectificaron, en cambio en esa página no lo han rectificado.
No me extrañaría que hayan copiado la noticia de Xataka porque hace unos días un compañero hacía referencia a que lo habían titulado mal como v5 y luego lo habían rectificado a v6. A saber...

Gracias, es que para las pocas novedades que veia en el video (sólo se ve lo del email) me parecía que pesaba demasiado
