TechnoSpain RMA

Hello everyone,

Has anyone sent their tablets to TechnoSpain RMA? And how much time did you have to wait until you received it?

I'm asking this because I ordered a Pipo M9Pro from the 10ª Conjunta but unfortunately it was faulty.
The problems were reported to TechnoSpain on 14 of October and after two weeks of doing "factory resets" they finally asked me to send the tablet to their offices.
The tablet was sent on the 28 of October and arrived at their offices on the 30 of October.
Since then I have been asking when will I receive the tablet but they always answer with "We'll tell you when we receive it".

It's now been two and half months since I sent the tablet and I still don't even know when will i receive it...
Is this normal?

is unusual, technospain is a reputable dealer. I have bought several times and never had problems. rewrites to rma. hopefully they will solve.
