ChronicKernel

Kernel now based on Bruce's kernel with a few changes by me, including:

* Compiled with linaro
* Set flash to disable if battery is below 10% to prevent the random shut-off when taking a pic
* Removed/Disabled KSM
* Removed ZRAM
* User-configurable GPU OC (Not OC'd by default)
* Optimized and compiled with with the "Optimize a lot, or -o3 option)
* Added more I/O schedulers
* Tweaked voltages a bit
* Reverted CRT hack to smooth animation in Android 4.2.2+
* Increased pmem memory heaps (copied from htc shooter) as it is needed in Android 4.2.2+ to fix soft-reboots
* PM_FAST enabled by default (high power wi-fi when screen is off)

These settings were changed by me to help make the kernel more stable with our ROM, observed with tests by me. If you want more features of the Sultan kernel feel free to flash it, but support will not be provided in this thread.

Other Features of the kernel include:

Goto settings "About phone", tap the build number until dev options are enabled. Then go into Settings-->Developer Options and activate root for ADB and for Apps. No reboot needed.



Ir a la configuración "Acerca del teléfono", pulse el número de compilación hasta que estén habilitadas las opciones dev. A continuación, vaya a Configuración -> Opciones para desarrolladores y activar raíz de ADB y aplicaciones para. No necesita reiniciar el sistema.

Te adelantaste jajajaja.

Tenéis que ir a ajustes de sistema/opciones desarrollo/acceso administrativo y marcar aplicaciones y ADB.

Y como se que alguno dirá.... OHHH pero si no tengo opciones de desarrollo...... Jajaja se activa en opciones teléfono y pulsar 8 veces en numero compilación.

Va todo perfecto salvo cámara frontal, que me da igual y la linterna que tampoco me importa, aunque no he probado el flash de la cámara.
Hay 4 test build, pero creo que ninguna va del todo, tengo 1.5gb de navegación y no quiero fundirlos hasta que llegue el domingo al hotel en Huelva, ahora estoy en plan silvestre en mi pueblo jejeje.

Por cierto, el flash de la camara funciona bien al tomar una foto y la de linterna no va de momento

enamorado de esta ROM va como la seda súper fluida, lo único que no trabaja es la linterna pero lo demás súper bien.
La flashee con tutti los wiper habido y por haber jajaja, hasta formatee la sd y luego pase los archivos zip

en un dia con ella, el consumo de la bateria empeoro con respecto a la 10.1 del 6 de agosto (literalmente se la bebe, y tengo una Anker de un mes de antiguedad), pero bueno es un test y esto recien comineza, tb se calienta un poco mas el movil. pero supongo que todo se mejorara al igual que lo de la linterna, es increible que haya gente que haga estas rom para nuestro movil, mis respetos, quien iba a decir que correriamos android 4.3.

por cierto yo tb formatee todo e instale de cero

de momento es peor, hasta ahora la mejor en consumo y estabilidad para mi es la del 6 de agosto, es 4.2. pero todo se andara y seguro con esta tb se llega a hacer una buena rom y con 4.3.
