Sobre firmware Padfone 2?¿ [Actualizar manualmente]

 Mi Padfone 2, tiene la ultima actualizacion oficial OTA, que es esta: "V10.4.5.36" En la web de Asus, me he fijado en una cosa: http://www.asus.com/Mobile/PadFone2/#download Las 2 primeras son como la mia "V10.4.5.36" En la 3 y 4 opcion de firmware, aprece esta"V10.4.7.10" Y pone esto: PadFone2 Firmware: V10.4.7.10 Only for TW SKU (Android 4.1) PadFone2 Firmware: V10.4.7.10 Only for CHT SKU (Android 4.1) Supestamente para que el firmware funcione en Europa tiene que ser este: PadFone2 Firmware: V10.4.5.36 Only for WWE SKU (Android 4.1) Lo pregunto, mas que nada x que tambien he encontrado esto: Nope, you don need root to flash original firmwares.. But take note that the manual flashing of zip files are for changing between different firmwares - for example, between the default one of Starhub to WWE or TW firmwares. Once you are on TW firmware or WWE firmware, subsequent updates to the same SKU don need these manual method. For example, if you are on TW-10.4.5.33, then a newer TW firmware 10.4.7.10 comes out, you don need to flash manually. In this case, you just need to unzip the download once, transfer the 'Asus' folder in your internal storage and once you disconnect the cable, you will see an exclamation mark and you can just update from there. Also take note that once you flash to another firmware that does not come with the handset you bought, the OTA does not work. Since most of us bought in Singapore, the default firmware is Starhub and flashing to TW or WWE means no more OTA. Just monitor the Asus website and update manually. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mi ingles no es muy bueno... Resumiendo, explica un metodo manual para actualizar el firmware, y meter otro de otra region que funcionaria en nuestra tablet, la unica pega es que no saltarian mas actualizaciones OTA, habria que mirar periodicamente la web de ASUS y actualizar manualmente. mm, en el PF1 si cambias de versión si que llegan las OTA; pero claro, te llegan las OTA de esa versión. No se si algo ha cambiado en el pf2

Para el que le interese: Para actualizar manualmente, es tan sencillo como meterse en la página de ASUS, y descargar la última actualización de firmware de Padfone 2, el zip lo descomprimes y la carpeta resultante, la metes dentro de tu teléfono, en la carpeta «asus» quedaria asi asus/update/firmware.zip Y te salta para actualizar... Sigues el proceso, y se actualizará correctamente...yo no he tenido ningún problema. Salu2
