Update fail about cust folder or region - please help someone knowladge

Hello,
i am from turkey
i need help about flashing update

firstly i was on kitkat version with cust 464 turkey rom
and decided to install kitkat version with cust 432 europe rom

so i downloaded it and extracted system.img boot.img recovery.img and cust.img

flashed system.img boot.img and recovery.img with fastboot

extracted cust.img with 2 applications on guide
deleted my cust folder's content and copied the files to my own cust folder

deleted /data/cust file and copied meafnaf folder to /data and renamed it to cust

entered custom.bin and changed it as hw/spcseas

rebooted

i looked my system is b263 but cust is unknown (0000)

so i entered cust folder everything is fine
looked /data folder and saw that cust folder is gone. it can not be open. i looked its properties and it says that it comes from /cust/channel/tr
so i created this folders and copied meafnaf folders content to channel/tr
and rebooted

now everything is fine
system is b263 and cust is 432

but when i want to make b331 update with 3 buttons
it says error

oemsbl version list check error!
check_write_data_tp_partition,write data error
Software install failed!

what can i do now?
can anyone help me?

yes i can do this but turkey roms dont have fm radio
our device has fm radio hardware and i want to use it
huawei removed its apk, librarries and kernel things because of our country's costs

Okey, instala el update de lollipop de turquia y luego instala por adb el boot.img y el system.img de lollipop europa y ya te funcionara la radio fm

i have made what you said but there is no fm radio app

i have flashed stock turkey kitkat rom and flashed europe system.img boot.img
rebooted

now the system is europe, cust is turkey but there is no radio apk

i flashed the system.img from B331 via fastboot. Rooted the device.
Then copied the contents of the hw/eu folder to the channel/tr folder. after that made a factory reset.
now i have b236 with cust 432 and fm radio is active. it is ok.
but i can not make ota update. anyway it is it.
