What do we have here?
This is Official Chinese Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4 fastboot file to Motorola Razr XT910 to be flashed with RSD Lite.

Notes:
- 1 - Before flashing the bellow system is wise to do a Factory Reset and Erase Internal Memory.
- 2 - Make sure you get a PASS message at the end of RSD Lite.
- 3 - If you want CWM on ICS: Use the RazrICSBootstrap, made by FrAsErTaG
- 4 - Use Motorola Device Manager to get root.

Needed files:
a. EternityProject EasyROOTICS
b. RSD Lite 5.7
c. Get the Fastboot package of this ROM

1. Install RSD Lite
2. Decompress the package
3. Open the XML file with RSD Lite
4. Connect your RAZR
5. Flash...

*AFTER UPGRADING TO ICS YOU'LL NOT BE ABLE TO DOWNGRADE TO GB 2.3.6.*

FLASHING THIS ROM WILL ERASE ALL YOUR DATA, MAKE A BACKUP
