[ROM][MAY20]BlackEditionHD_1.4 Special Edition[Gingerbread 2.3.4]

BlackEdition_1.4 SpecialEdition was impossible to build as i wanted without DooMLoRD`s work.
All credits should go directly to him for the work of changing Kernel Manager and Xperia Reboot Options files to get this pre-installed as i was looking for.

BlackEditionHD

(Based of MIUI 1.5.6 | Android 2.3.4 | English Pack v1b)

I HAD ONLY USED THIS ON BASEBAND .49 SO DON´T ASK ME IF THIS WILL WORK ON ANY OTHER PLEASE. YOU MAY TRY COBRATO`s FILES

Credits:

• Rdannar (who help me and give some lights on how-to, thx pal);

• DooMLoRD (who show me the way on a god damn issue i had, thx pal);

• jerpelea & zdzihu & FreeXperia Team for not freakin`out on port/use files. And of course for sharing there sources/knowlage;

Notes on this build:

• I am aware that this build is going to look like rdannar`s one. He knows that we are working on this almost the same time, so JUST DON`T, ok?

• Personally i just "hate" the iPhone look of MIUI but i really love the other stuff so this is a sort of mix.

• Only Chinese and English languages at the moment.

• This release is in a very early stage at MIUI Developers so it still have some bugs in it...imagine on our X10.

• If anyone had some stability issues and have SetCPU or Droid overclock installed, remove them cause this build already have some tweaks in it that may conflit.

Installation procedure:

• copy update.zip to the root of your sdcard;

• copy format-system-only.zip to your sdcard;

• xrec;

• install format-system-only.zip;

• install update.zip;

• reboot;

• xrec;

• always check 2nd post for tweaks, fixes, patches (if any);

• enjoy (or not ).

- Changing theme no longer requires a restart
- Able to adjust the global text size (Yeah!)

- Gtalk supports video chat (from a front camera – not sure if it will allow us to receive video calls though)
- (Guess) You might be nagged to enable a password if you have not set one
Telephone
- Call Optimizations
- Ringtone volume will increase if a call is not answered, and will decrease when you are ‘fumbling around trying to find it’
- Optimisations for contacts with multiple numbers
- (Guess) When receiving a call, multiple contact names may be displayed
- Pressing the Back’ hard-key during call will not hang up
- Fixed that annoying bug when hyphens (‘-’) would distress android, not allowing you to message or call contacts with such numbers.
- If a custom ringtone is specified in a contact but is not present when receiving a call, the default ringtone will be used instead.

- Improved the icon for adding a ‘Video’ clip
- Now able to copy and paste text from ‘Mobile Newspapers (not sure what these are) into MMS messages

- Fixed issues where choosing to send a message to a contact would cause FCs

- Fixes various issues with restarting and refreshing thumbnails

- Improved gallery caching (the first time you open the gallery app, it will cache everything and take a while. Subsequent times you open the app, it will be very quick)

- Now able to order playlist in new ways
- Fixed an issue where the 4×1 Music widget would fail to work after copying tracks over USB
- Fixed an issue with album art storage

- Repaired various things (none of which were very clear)

Buena rom , todabia beta con fc, pero se ve con mucho futuro si la siguen puliendo.
La voy a usar toda esta semana a ver que tal trabaja con la bateria y como esta de estable...

Por cierto esta mas verde de lo que pensaba dos reinicios en hora y poco...

Dentro de un ratito la instalo a ver si mejora en estabilidad.

va mejorando esto,la camara en progreso. aver si la perfeccionan un poco mas y me la pongo

No, segun dice solo 49, aunque mas adelante dice que 52 tambien podria ir aunque esta sin probar.

A ver si hay suerte y se estabiliza el consumo de la bateria , en la 1.3.1 no llegaba a 9 horas

No consigo descargar la version 1.4.... Baje el baseband al 49 y la verdad que me gusta mucho esta rom,y quiero bajarme la 1.4 a ver si se solucionan un par de cosillas que dan Fc.

De momento no esta disponible el cocinero a encontrado un bug y esta buscando la solución , toca esperar un poco....
Yo lo que quiero que solucionen sobre todo es el tema de la batería , la devora con la 1.3.1
