You can pick your favorite series from a huge database. Mark which episodes you've seen to know where you left off on any of the series that you follow or send it to download to your PC or Mac (choosing language and quality!).
Use the integrated Megavideo full screen player to watch ANY of their videos, using your premium account if you want to remove the time limit (requires Froyo Android 2.2 or higher and Adobe Flash).
Get alerts of new episodes automatically.
Check a list of recent movies and episodes if you don't know what you want to watch or if you want to discover new things.
Use online synchronization to keep your data safe on an external server, so if you format the phone or you have to uninstall the application you can recover everything without any problems (Note: Two phones can use the same user, if they do also share their data.)
Compatibility:
- Works with any Android from 1.6 (Donut) to 2.3 (Gingerbread).
- Some manufacturers modify the browser making Megavideo redirect to advertising, with the integrated Megavideo viewer this is solved.
- The Desire HTC HD has modifications to the system making the integrated viewer not work, yet the content can be accessed using a third party browser (Dolphin HD, for example) and activating the Desktop UserAgent.
- For streaming you need to have Flash installed and working. Some phones are NOT compatible with flash, but the rest of the application will work perfectly.
To receive the best support possible, please use Google Groups (http://kcy.me/hz8, clicking on "Visit the web page ..."). The comments of both the Market and within the application will become difficult to follow, while the mail can be answered many times in less than 15 minutes and almost always within 24 hours.
