I/Zygote ( 1970): Exit zygote because system server (1997) has terminated
I/ServiceManager( 1694): service 'media.audio_flinger' died
I/ServiceManager( 1694): service 'media.player' died
I/ServiceManager( 1694): service 'media.camera' died
I/ServiceManager( 1694): service 'media.audio_policy' died

Well you need the android_runtime and framework from the icecold rom you are going to port.
Do not edit nothing in framework, just let the framework folder from the target rom and try to boot.
remember to wipe before a new test unless it boots.
if boot is on lg logo it could be some init.d script.
Sure you are using cm9 boot.img isn't it?

If you are trying to port the AOKP version it could be as not easy as copy/paste and go.
What version have you downloaded as target?

Stock LG?
yes, copy/paste the mounts from cm7 updater-script.

For using dsixda kitchen ,when you select your "original update" and prompted about to convert the updater, select the second option "keep updater-script", then you are ready to go.
If you need to add something to your updater-script,make it manually.
Usually,if you use a CM imported updater-script you neednt to add any dsixda feature to updater-script,so you are fine.
Conversion fails for our device.

if you need to root a non rooted stock rom you can use dsixda with cm updater-script,make operations with dsixda and replace the updater script with the one from cm again when finished.

give permissions to your scripts ie: mokeesol scripts

Find in updater-script set_perm(0, 0, 0777, "/system/etc/init.d/S97ramscript")

Thats the way you give run permisions to a script.
copy/paste and replace S97ramscript with yours.

if it doesn't work maybe was my fault, ican't check it right now. try this if not worked:

copy your meta-inf folder somewhere.go to dsixda, let it convert your updater-script. select 0 advanced, run in parts functionality ,and let the script run.
It will add the functionality to the kernel if not present.
replace again the meta-inf folder by your backup copy.
Build.
