Prerequisite
1) Substratum version one thousand seven - install
2) Download / Purchase any pie theme you like - install
3) Open substratum and then open your favorite theme within
4) Select all the things you want to apply theme
5) Build & Update (Don't build & Install be careful)
6) Restart your phone
7) Open substratum once again and go to Overlay Manager
8) Select all the Overlays and select Install or i think its Build & Update again.
9) Done.
