So, what do you get?
At the moment this is just a "heavy stripped down" version of Sandvolds ICS-Beta-0.3.2. with small modifications, which works smooth on CM7r2 Hboot.
No more, no less.

HowTo install missing apps to /system/app BE CAREFUL

If you prefer an other keyboard than IME keyboard (and have already installed an other keyboard), or if you don't need TextToSpeech or VoiceSearch for example, you can free up space in /system/ - and then you can can flash other system applications like Talk, Gmail, Gallery,... instead.

If you like to do this, you can use root explorer or ES File Manager, give them root access and mount /system writable.
Then navigate to /system/app and delete the apk's you don't need. You have to be S-OFF!

You can also use adb:
mount /system read-write

adb remount
list all installed apps in system

adb shell ls /system/app
delete the application you don't need

rm /system/appthe_app_to_delete.apk
exit the shell

exit
Now check how much free space you got in system and compare to the apk you like to install! You can use terminal emulator for this or you can install quick system info from market.
Then you can flash missing apps via recovery.
Or extract them from zip file and copy them to /system/app (reboot required).

yo la llevo desde ayer y de momento un reinicio al instalar y solo eso va bastante fluida pero sin sense que es lo que mola,ya os dire el consumo de bateria que tal.
por cierto llevo recovery touch soy boot cm7r2 y ultima radio
