.CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community.
It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts.
CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo.

The CM has already integrated a patch like his.DO NOT USE OLDER A1 KERNELS: They don't have SELinux support.*The included kernel is really just V1.9 with SELinux turned on.

It is very unlikely I can make any major bug fix if major bugs are found. For example: I have no hdmi (or HD) TV at my house so if that doesn't work, you're SOL.
I test features that I use and that I find important. If there is an issue that deals with hardware I don't have (various bluetooth accessories for example) there is no way I can fix it since I won't be able to get a logcat and I'm not that great at intepreting logcats.
Getting CM10.2 working on this tablet was very much a trial and error process involving mostly error.

Hola todo el mundo, soy nuevo en htcmania y espero ayudar en lo que pueda. He probado la versión para la p4wifi la impresión inicial de esta ROM es muy buena, hay que activar permisos de superusuario en las opciones de desarrollo abd+aplicaciones. He podido comprobar que titaniumbackup no funciona en esta ROM no se porque... Saludos y espero haber sido de ayuda

Gracias por compartir impresiones.
Yo considero bastante mejor que no funcione el restaurar datos desde apk, ya que una instalacion limpia siempre acarreara bastantes menos fallos por no decir ninguno.

Tengo muchas app para restaurar, si tengo q volverlas a buscar una × una, que rollazo... Sabéis otra app similar a titanium que vaya bien??

Aokp es muy buena eso va a gustos xd.
Yo siempre hago instalacion limpia.
Guardo carpetas en el pc de la sd card de la tablet.
Los 3 wipes, y todos los format, incluido el de la sd card, este te borrara todas las carpetas que teniais, pero os asegurais de que no queden restos de la que llevavamos.

Albert yo llevo la cm10.1 v4.2.2 y quiero saber como la instalo? Me ayuda Xf...

La instalé, solo d di wipe a la cache, al sistema, y no le di a los datos, inició bien y todo y si aparece diferente lo d las notificaciones, ahora solo aparecen al lado inferior derecho, ya jo como las 2 q aparecían antes con la cm10.1 v4.2.2, y en información del sistema si aparece con la v 4.3, cuando busco actualizaciones siempre aparecen las d la cm10.1 será q hice algo mal?
