[ CONSULTA ] Devolucion de movil en garantia

Buenas noches. Se me ha estropeado el movil. Al estar en garantia he contactado con efox y me han dado su direccion para enviarlo. Este es el email que he recibido:

"Dear customer,

We feel truly sorry about this inconvenience caused, please use Regular Post to send back the phone ONLY to repair(not including send charger cable or case),
do not set any password.then we will test and repair it after received the package.
It is better to ship by local post, without customs duty.

Segun ponen hay que hacerlo por postnl o deutschepost. He intentado hacerlo por postnl que fueron los que me lo enviaron, pero me pierdo un poco (por no decir mucho ).

Mi consulta es la siguiente.

Alguien ha realizado el proceso de envio y me puede explicar como hacerlo?

Buenas krack yo en este año también devolví un móvil a china y lo hice mediante correos España me costó 22 euros creo q fue y no tardo demasiado en llegar fueron 20 días saludos

Como consejo si hace poco lo compraste y te esta dando problemas, abre una disputa en Paypal y solicita la devolución. Paypal trabaja con dinero no con la reparación y ellos mismos te pagan los gastos de devolución desde correos (22€ y pico). Si lo envías antes y luego abres la disputa si sale algo mal, no sirve y no te va a cubrir la garantía de paypal.

Si has pagado con Paypal se puede abrir disputa. Y a ver que te dicen. Que igual mandas el movil y no recibes nada.
