Para instalar la actualización del recovery desde el propio recovery, ve a install y hay una opción para instalar imágenes, seleccionas el archivo descargado y le marcas para instalar como recovery

Hace tiempo que no actualizo mi Terminal, Actualmente poseo la Versión Exodus de octubre 2016. Con base 6.0.1_r68 , con TWRP de ese meses ( septiembre de 2016) Ahora, quiero actualizar y veo que hay muchos cambios y nuevos Rom. Cual me recomienda que tenga mayor autonomía de Batería y más estable?

Pero el consumo de la 3.5.8 es un disparate, yo te recomendaría alguna Nougat como te dicen arriba, que ya empiezan a ser todas bastante estables. No me atrevo a recomendarte ninguna en concreto, pero yo al menos con las AOSP estoy bastante contento, y para empezar siempre tienes Lineage Os.

Que tal iba Paranoid como ROM? Nunca la llegué a probar. Las fuentes han cambiado de Cyanogen a CAF, no sé si las referencias son validas de como iba antes
