Yo consegui desinstalar el que traia vanillaeclair para instalar este y aun asi no m lo instala, me da el mismo error de aplicacion no instalada.

De la manera que davidescu indica no se puede desinstalar si es el launcher que viene con la rom. De todos modos en mi caso ya lo pude solucionar. Encontré la versión del launcher para instalar por recovery, que en mi Spica fué de lujo y ya tengo la versión con los nuevos widgets
 Creo que las versiones instalabes de mi recovery se instalan igual que las de los recovery de Cyano, puesto que el recovery de mi móvil es uno basado en el suyo. Si alguien lo puede confirmar subo el fichero.

Aquí está. Lo encontré en los foros de samdroid. Se instala desde el recovery. A mi en mi Spica me ha funcionado de perlas pero no tengo ni pajolera de como irá a los demás terminales. Por lo que quien lo pruebe lo haga por su cuenta.

salio la 0.7.5.1 corrige el widget de los sms , ke en el modo "widget blanco" no hay manera de mover el widget (o creo ke es eso lo ke corrige)

una pregunta tengo la rom de superfroyo 2.8.2 el cual trae el awd laucher instalado, me he instalado este Launcherpro Plus y me gusta muchísimo y lo he puesto como predeterminado.
ahora mi duda tengo que borrar el awd launcher del movil o no hace falta no me consumira recurso en segundo plano???? y tengo otra pequeña duda en los iconos de abajo del launcherpro plus yo tengo el de mis email de gmail pero he visto en un vídeo que cuando te llega un email en ese icono le resalta el numero de email que te han llegado, pero a mi no me sale solamente me sale en la barra de notificaciones tendría que activar alguna función??? espero a verme explicado bien

En el menu de launcher pro vienen opciones para que te indique las notificaciones aparte de la barra superior.

Requirements: Android Overview: Based on the stock Android Launcher (Home app)   *** Note: If you've installed LauncherPro from the market you'll have to uninstall that before installing this.*** For all users: Fixed a bug where changing the icon on the default dock shortcuts would revert back to the default icon after restarting LauncherPro (this didn’t happen when you changed the shortcut too). Fixed the menu button not responding after using the trackball or a hardware arrow key. Fixed a bug in the 3rd party scrollable widgets code that would cause the widget to be accidentally lifted while scrolling it. Changed the loading mechanism for the new “Activities” shortcut feature, since it wasn’t loading on some phones due to the amount of data on the list. It should load on all phones now. If you have a lot of apps installed, it might take a couple of minutes for the list to load. Set dock shortcuts to ignore swipes when they have no swipe gesture action set. os explico, habiendo instalado la version 0.7.6, me encuentro que al pulsar el icono del muñeco (contactos), me indica "la aplicacion no esta instalada en el telefono", sabeis como arreglarlo. En cambio si voy a la pantalla a buscar contactos,m ese si funciona
