Pixel Qi y problema de suspensión

Me gustaría saber si a todos los que tienen la pantalla pixel qi le pasa que al entrar en suspension ya se tiene que reiniciar para volver a entrar, que es una lata, si no es así, pues saber que rom y programas tenéis instalados. Yo para empezar os puedo decir que tengo la ROM de edenX y tambien me pasaba con la original.

No se para la Pixel Qi, pero en mi LCP, cuanto se pone en suspensión...

Presiono el botón izquierdo superior, de al lado de la pantalla, unos 2 o 3 segundos y se enciende con la pantalla de desbloqueo sin problema!!

Parece un bug normal que se esta corrigiendo, existe un truco de poner un archivo mp3 sin sonido en bucle. Pero espero quenlo corrijan pronto

Está en inglés-apu pero se le entiende bien.

No parece ser un problema de hardware. Esperemos que se corrija en próximas actualizaciones.

Pero sí, por lo que tengo entendido ése es el problema al que se refieren, y tiene toda la pinta de ser cosa de software.

Bueno chicos parece ser que (como era de esperar) NI ya se ha dado por enterado del problema de la suspensión y va a poner toda la carne en el asador para solucionarlo en el próximo update (que esperemos que no tarde mucho por la cantidad de bugs en el software). Os dejo la contestación del NI support a un chaval explicándoles este problema:

Buenas, parece que esto lo soluciona, esta tarde lo probare

Please install the latest update in the Adam that has been released exclusively for the Standby issue. Please ensure to wipe the user data before installing the update.
Please follow the below steps to Wipe/RESET the User Data:
1. First, please turn OFF the Adam and wait for it to turn OFF completely.
2. Next, while holding down the Volume + button, slide down the Power switch and wait for the Adam to turn ON.
3. The Adam will turn ON and will go in the Recovery Mode.
4. Then, navigate to the Wipe Data/Factory Reset option using the Volume button and select it by touching the Option button (above the Back button; third from top).
4. Now, please navigate to YES and touch the Option button (above the Back button; third from top) to select it. The Adam will start wiping the data and return to the previous menu when finished.
5. Finally, select the Reboot System Now option by touching the Option button again.
Please download the ZIP file from the below link in the Computer and follow the below mentioned steps to install the update it in the Adam:

http://store.notionink.com/downloads/au/update.zip is for Normal LCD
Please copy the ZIP file and paste it onto the root folder of the Internal Memory or the SD Card.
NOTE: Please ensure to backup your data from the Adam.
If the ZIP has been copy to the SD Card, please follow the below mentioned steps:
Please insert the SD Card correctly into the Adam.
Next, please turn OFF the Adam.
Then, please Slide the Power button, while holding down the Volume “+” button. The Adam will boot in the Recovery Mode.
Now, please use the Volume “+” and “-” buttons to scroll through the options and select WIPE USER DATA/RESET using the OPTION touch button (third from the top). This will wipe all the data from the Adam and reset it.
Then, the Adam will again come back to the Recovery screen. Please navigate to UPDATE FROM SD CARD:EXTERNAL MEMORY and select it using the OPTION touch button. The installation will start immediately. Please wait, until the device reboots in normal mode.
If the ZIP has been copy to the Internal Memory of the Adam, please follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Please turn OFF the Adam.
2. Then, please Slide the Power button, while holding down the Volume “+” button. The Adam will boot in the Recovery Mode.

También nos vendría bien una valoración de cómo es la pantalla Pixel Qi y cómo se comporta, que creo que aquí en HTCManía sólo hemos tenido reviews de LCDs y a los que hemos pedido una Pixel Qi seguro que nos interesará

Ok, luego os comentare que tal, de momento solo deciros que mi unica pega es esto del reinicio.

Buena, pues parece que para mi se ha solucionado el problema, al final la actualización que se tiene que instalar ( si eres PQ + 3G) es http://notionink.com/updates/pq_3G/update.zip.

En cuanto a otros aspectos de la tablet con pantalla PQ, yo estoy bastante contento como decia, si es verdad que si lo tienes con el filtro mate, los colores se ven algo difuminados (pierdes algo de calidad) pero le quitas bastante brillo, yo de todas formas lo quite y ahora tengo un vinilo transparente, y aunque con mas brillo gana calidad. Si quereis que os conteste algo en concreto podeis preguntar :P ahora no puedo enrollarme mucho ni poner fotos que estoy en la oficina XD

Yo tengo una pregunta crucial

A ver, me encanta leer y tengo un lector de libros electrónico con pantalla de tinta electrónica. Si me compro el Adam es porque busco algo similar, ya sé que el contraste no será igual, pero la pantalla sin retroiluminación que me permita leer durante horas es lo más importante para mí. ¿Has tenido la oportunidad de comparar el contraste que te da la PQi con una pantalla de un lector de e-books corriente y moliente? ¿Qué conclusiones has sacado si lo has podido hacer?

Hola, yo tengo la Pixel Qi, y tengo un Kindle también. Tenía pensado vender el Kindle en cuanto tuviese el ADAM pero.... se sigue viendo (para libros) mucho mejor la tinta electronica del Kindle... el PixelQi en modo PQi (sin iluminación, en escala de grises) se ve bien PERO necesita mucha luz para verse bien... con la luz que tenemos normalmente en un salón, mesilla de la cama etc te tienes que esforzar un poquillo para verlo y acabas encendiendo la iluminación de la pantalla... Eso si, en la calle se ve perfecta, cuanto más sol te de mejor se ve, es la pantalla ideal si tenéis que leer libros o manuales en la calle, o leer comics sentado en la parada del autobus al sol o en un parque...

Pienso exactamente lo mismo, la tinta electronica sigue siendo lo mejor, pero con la luz del dia se ve muy bien la pixel qi
