- Es un problema logístico

- A los interlocutores no les han comunicado nada del motivo o es que en realidad no tiene ni idea de lo que ha pasado.

- Piden perdón

- NO nos quedaremos sin el dinero eso por supuesto.

- NO se pasan la pelota entre Google y UPS.

- NOs enviarán el producto seguro.

Esto es lo que me han dicho.

Mi teoría es que se han perdido los dispositivos por el camino. O sea a Google le salen descontados y UPS no los tienen registrados de entrada.

Entonces tampoco nos darían los IMEI. Salvo para mantenernos "entretenidos".

I think I've found all affected UPS tracking numbers, now.

We are 1,730 customers.

The range of order numbers (strike out the last digit of your UPS tracking code and then extract the last 5 digits of the remaining code) which are affected is (mainly) starting at 17410 and ending at 19190.

But there are 36 lower numbers starting at 12282 (which is the first I've found).

I've scanned all UPS tracking statuses from 10000 to 21000 using PHP and CURL. Results are stored in a MySQL database and refreshed once per hour (for monitoring in case packages will be sent). This means I have a list of all 1,730 UPS ghost tracking codes.

Monitoring says: None of the ghost trackings has been shipped/delivered, yet.

A mi me da que o, a esos moviles les ha pasado algo que haga imposible si venta, o que han vendido mas de los que tenian y eso se ha juntado a un error informatico. En cualquiera de los dos casos quiero pensar que google le ha pedido a LG que los fabrique.
Con lo facil que seria admitir lo que haya pasado y decir que en una o dos semanas los tendremos en nuestra casa...

Los temas de fabricacion no son tan sencillos; las fabricas trabajan con programaciones que requieren compras anticipadas a proveedores y asi en cadena. Si el stock a dia de hoy fuera 0 ten por seguro que les saldra mas a cuenta enviarnos un nexus 5.

Creo que he encontrado todos los números de seguimiento de UPS.

Somos 1730 clientes.

El rango de números (quitando el último dígito de tu número de seguimiento de UPS y extrayendo las 5 últimas cifras) que están afectados empiezan aroximadamente en el 17410 y acaban en el 19190.

Pero ha una serie de 36 números por debajo, que comienzan en el 12282 (que es el primero que he encontrado).

He escaneado todos los trackings de UPS desde el 10000 hasta el 21000 utilizando PHP y CURL. Lo resultados se han almacenado en una base de datos de MYSQL y se refrescan una vez cada hora (para controlar si algún paquete es enviado). Esto significa que tengo una lista de 1730 trackings fantasmas de UPS.

La monitorización dice que NINGUNO de los trakcings ha sido enviado/recibido todavía.

soy nuevo y me esta pasando lo mismo que a vosotros.
Google da largas y ahora los operadores le pasan al testigo al gabinete de crisis que han creado para los terminales.
Mañana voy a llamar a la oficina del consumidor para poner una reclamación, a ver si sirve de algo.

Como han dicho muchos, lo que me jode es la falta de informacion. Porque esperar puedo esperar y entiendo lo que pueda pasar, pero que se nos oculte informacion despues de pagar lo que hemos pagado... Tristisimo...

This is my function to calculate the last digit using 5-digit order numbers. Found the algorithm on some website I dont remember. It's *8 + *9 + *8 .. etc.

For 6-digit order numbers it should start with *8.
