Problema de bloqueo

Buenas, me pasaba el problema que al bloquear el teléfono, la pantalla no desbloquea, se queda en negro, pero el teléfono sigue funcionando porque sigue sonando, lo mande a arreglar, y al llegarme de vueltas, duró un día, y volvió a ponerse igual, me dijeron que la solución es esta:

Pero nada, lo hago, le doy a reboot, el teléfono se reinicia, pero sigue pasando eso. Todo me ocurrió después de meterle un solucionador del led de notificaciones, pero no tenia recovery ni nada y ahora me quedo así. Alguna forma de solucionarlo o algo que pueda estar haciendo mal?
