Requirements:
=================

• An hboot with at least 250mb on system. These include stock hboot or Alpha Jelly (250/5/182) hboot (credits @jmcclue)
• A 512mb - 1.5gb EXT partition (EXT4 recommended) on your sdcard. Use this guide to create the partition. Partitions made using other tools (CWM, Minitool Partition Wizard, etc.) will likely cause issues.
• The latest TWRP (credits @Chromium_) or 4EXT (credits @madmaxx82) Recovery. Old versions of CWM may cause issues.

Installation process:

• Flash Gapps
• Boot ROM and let it settle down (3-5 min)
• Install A2SD

Lo tienes puesto en el apartado instalación, si tienes el hboot stock te recomiendo cambiarlo al Jelly para ganar algo más de espacio en interna.

Para instalar el a2sd vas al terminal emulator, escribes 'su' le das a enter y das permisos de superusuario, después escribe 'a2sd install', enter, y respondes a las preguntas: Y|N|Y, cuando se reinicie ya tendrás activa la partición ext.

Esta no la he probado, pero he probado otras de Spezi77, no van mal pero para mí gusto la mejor kitkat es la Evervolv (también 4.4.4).

Los bugs los ya típicos de 4.x.x hacia arriba, el más importante la grabación de vídeo, porque tanto la cámara (aunque algo lenta), bluetooth, tethering, etc, se han solucionado.

Hago factory reset y voy a flashear la rom...se tira un rato y me pone failed...no se porque me da fallo -.-
He probado con particiones ext4 de 512mb y 1gb y nada! Alguna idea?

Descarga otra vez la rom por si esta mal , con una particion de 1 giga de ext3 o ext4, haz los wipes alldata y wipe cache y dalvik cache , e instala la rom y despues las Gapps ; en mi caso me da errores al reiniciar la rom , bastantes FC si se flasea la rom seguido de las Gapps y menos errores si se flasea la rom, se reinicia y se vuelve a reiniciar en el recovery para meter las GApps, y sino se mete las gapps no da errores, asi que creo que hay algun problema con las gapps, ademas me dejaba sin memoria una vez instalada la rom y sin meter aplicaciones ni nada

Era por el bootloader... que creí que tenía el de stock y no era asi! Esta iniciando...ahora cuento a ver que tal! Tiene muy buena pinta 4.4.4 en la Desire...!

En todas estas roms kitkat el bootloader es el hboot stock, imaginaba que lo tenias
