Problemas al comprar movil chino

Buenas, a finales de el mes pasado compre un smartphone chino, concretamente el modelo "X920", me llego a casa el dia 9 de este mismo mes y para mi sorpresa solo funciono durante aproximadamente 24h, llevo ya unos dias cruzando correos con la empresa y no me dan soluciones al problema. Me siento realmente estafado y queria saber si alguien a tenido problemas de este tipo y como lo soluciono. No se si este seria el apartado correcto, asi que si me e equivocado pido disculpas, y la tienda en cuestion es FocalPrice.

a mi tambien me a pasado lo mismo , pero a mi me dejo de funcionar por andar tocando lo que no debia jajja , mi problema es que cuand o loenciendo se queda cargando en el logo de android y no pasa de ahi , se queda reiniciando para siempre , si consigues alguna solucion avisame aqui te dejo mi correo ; [email protected] porque casi nunca paso por aqui por htcmania mejor ponte en contacto conmigo por el e-mail
