Ayuda p9 lite, pantalla negra como arreglarlo

Muy buenas tardes a todos, necesito de mucha ayuda. Tengo un p9 lite VNS-L23, trate instalar la rom revolution nougat, desbloquee el bootloader, instale el recovery y de alli un archivo update, cuando termino, hice reset y el telefono quedo con la pantalla negra, lo conecto, el la PC y me lo reconoce: Android bootloader interface, no ingresa con los 3 botones: vol + vol - y boton encendido.

Necesito ayuda de como puedo flashearlo, con algun programa o como puedo arreglarlo, y cuales son los archivos necesarios... Desde ya muy agradecido.

Pd: el HiSuit de hawei se abre cada vez q conecto el teléfono al PC, pero no me permite recuperar el sistema, al inicio sale: se a accedido al modo de recuperación de sistema, hago clic en recuperar sistema y luego sale, el dispositivo no admite la recuperación del sistema.

has intentado poner en modo fastboot por comandos adb e instalar el twrp de nuevo?

No, volví a desbloquear el bootloader y el recovery pero sigue igual. sigue en Android bootloader interface

Lo he hecho de esta forma, pero no logro nada, siguen en pantalla negra y Android Bootloader Interface
que mas puedo hacer ayuda porfavor
