First off all I want to say that Im not a Dev.
I just wanted to share Kernel that I have compiled for myself using some bits of work of " PROPER DEVELOPERS" like guys credited below.
I think most of things are working and are quit stable. It is first release and I hope to update it as much as i can , but no promisses how often.

Short Feature list:
Basic Governors plus Despair

Bioshock

Alucard Hotplug Driver
Uses a simple free and user friendly application called Synapse by @andreiLux for configuration purposes(slightly adding more functionality)

A few Notes:
Kernel is like it is doesnt have such amount of features like others but im learning and if time will let more to come
If Using synapse Core Control to be used to control amount of cores online
Synapse in seprahs rom doesnt stick settings on boot ( rom permissions )

Compatibility list:
According to testers feedback it works with CM13 Based roms , roms that we tested are listed below.
CM13 by Seprah
Blissmallow and Temasek by Benschhold
Ressurection Remix

The list will grow as soon as Testers/Users can provide means and ways to make this compatible with everything..
