Hola, para liberarlo no hace falta cambiar la Rom, con el programa NssPro_0.50 se puede liberar sin problema.

Te copio un extracto del manual, lo quie viene a decir es que tienes que cambiar el bootloader si tienes el DLOAD en vez del Qualcom
