ya instale varias veces el firmware pero no quiere.
Con el mfastboot queria hacerlo pero no encontraba el archivo flashall.bat donde lo encuentro?

Antes de decir que no te va bien instalar ningun software, informate.
Antes de nada, tener el
BOOTLOADER DESBLOQUEADO y los
CONTROLADORES de MOTOROLA. Aquí el tutorial de desbloqueo de Bootloader:

Descarga esto:

Ahora busca el firmware que quieras:

Descomprimes y lo juntas todo en un carpeta
Enciende tu terminal en FASTBOOT
SHIFT + CLICK DERECHO en una parte vacia de la carpeta donde esta todo junto
Click en "Abrir ventana de comandos aqui"
COPIA Y PEGA ESTOS COMANDOS EN EL CMD
mfastboot flash partition gpt.bin
mfastboot flash motoboot motoboot.img
mfastboot flash logo logo.bin
mfastboot flash boot boot.img
mfastboot flash recovery recovery.img
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.0
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.1
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.2
mfastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
mfastboot erase modemst1
mfastboot erase modemst2
mfastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
mfastboot erase cache
mfastboot erase userdata
mfastboot reboot
Ya puedes cerrar esta ventana
En caso de ser una rom americana, quita estos comandos
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.0
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.1
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.2
y pon este:
mfastboot flash system system.img
Listo, ya tienes tu movil restaurado de firmware. Usando las herramientas, podras flashear lo que quieras (Recoverys, etc). Mira los tutoriales.
