Yo también tenia todo stock y sin root. Lo hice así y me borro todo. Estoy esperando que el que creeo el post me diga porque paso eso y saber porque todavía no lo cambio en el titulo..

Para que no lo borre hay que quitar un -w en una linea del bat.... Ayer por la noche puse toda la información en el hilo:

Y digo bien, actualizar, porque se puede sin perder datos:

Proceed with this step if you want to keep your data intact. If you skip this step, your data will be wiped. With your favorite text editor, edit (be careful not to run it by accident instead of editing) flash-all.bat (if you're on Windows) or flash-all.sh (Mac, Linux) and remove "-w" from the fastboot update command. For example, if the line reads fastboot -w update image-razor-jss15j.zip, it should now read fastboot update image-razor-jss15j.zip. The -w option instructs fastboot to wipe data.

Que viene a decir que se edite el fichero flash-all.bat y se elimine el -w de la linea fastboot -w update image-occam-krt16o.zip

NOTA: Esto que acabo de poner aqui SOLO funciona si ya tienes el Bootloader desbloqueado. Si lo tienes bloqueado BORRARA TODOS LOS DATOS IGUALMENTE POR RAZONES DE SEGURIDAD !!!!!!!!!
