1. How to make flash.
First unpack "alcatel-onetouch.7z" to ROOT of your MicroSD Card.
"must be in root eXactly like this "f:\alcatel-onetouch\backup\"
(where f:\ is your letter of the MicroSD Card)
so for that just unzip, unrar the files "alcatel-onetouch.7z" to your MicroSD Card letter mine is f:\

2. Insert in your Vodafone Smart II aka Alcatel v860 smarthphone and be sure that you have
the phones battery charged at 100% before continue.

3. make backup of your stock rom first just in case something is wrong
start up phone with VOLUME UP + POWER as soon as is vibrate just let go of
POWER key and don't let go of VOLUME UP till
TCT ALCATEL Recovery v1.0.0.0 appears

to navigate use VOLUME UP + VOLUME DOWN
to enter in subdirectory or to enter use HOME (HOUSE)
to go back from subdirectory use GO BACK ARROW

4. To make BACKUP of existing ROM go to
- - backup and restore - backup

5. To RESTORE do
- wipe userdata/factory reset (confirm with YES -- delete all user data)
- wipe cache partition (confirm with YES -- Wipe Cache)
- advanced - Wipe Dalvik Cache (confirm with YES -- Wipe Dalvik Cache)
- backup and restore - Restore (select "apps")

Wait to complete restore operation and
- reboot system now

6. If you get errors md5 mismatch or other crap
Before Restoring do this DELETE on microSD card
eXcept these folders

(Folders to keep on sdcard)
alcatel-onetouch
Dcim
PC USB Driver

But be sure to DELETE ENTIRELY these folders
1. .android_secure
2. Android

Quick Info Update:

Fixed WiFi + Bluetooth + GTalk

Now In Spain it should work well

onestly i am more interesting about finding and fixing errors.
so that ALL can use something better than Vodacrap software.

about modding icons, it's a problem the icons for our vodacrap are at looow resolution.
now adding the HTC icons for this model, and blue ones it looks that you might need supervision
to understand what a hack is that.

modding theme and icons can almost everyone do'it.

Lo pone en la firma , eso es otra cosa, si veo que el teléfono avanza en cuanto scene, es decir CM7 o 9, entonces me quedo, pero si en Diciembre la cosa sigue estancada, abandono... El teléfono está muy bien, me encanta, pero me timaron bastante por 105 euros...

Todo parece que va bien. Sin problemas con googletalk y googleplay. Pero el bluetooth sigue fallando igual.
