El soporte de Gearbest no me deja escribir en un ticket abierto
Buenos días GearBest, el día 23 de Enero compre un reloj Amazfit bip y a fecha de hoy 27 de marzo no tengo noticias de el. Abrí un ticket sobre el tema en el soporte de GearBest y me dijeron que hasta el día 24 no me podían decir nada. Pues bien el 26 intento escribir en el ticket abierto y no me deja, solo me mandan a un RMA donde dice que esta procesando y al darle a Contáctenos sigue sin dejarme escribir.
Por favor me podrías explicar que es lo que sucede y como puedo hacerles llegar una respuesta al tikets. Agradecería mucho tu respuesta. |

solo voy a copiar lo que he escrito a Gearbest ya que me tienen hasta los eggs.
Por fin a llegado después de tantos tiempo, al menos 2 meses, pero volvemos a lo mismo de siempre, no funciona, esta roto, es de segunda mano y encima en muy mal estado. ¿¿¿¿¿¡¡¡EN SERIO!!!????? ¿Que cachondeo llevais conmigo?¿acaso no pago los productos? Me digisteis que cancelara la incidencia en PAYPAL y no puedo estar mas arrepentido. Porque aseguro que si no la llego a cancelar por lo menos recuperaria el dinero pagado. De verdad, esto es muy triste para mi, pero teniendo en cuenta el servicio portventa tan pesimo o inutil que tienen, lo tengo claro, a partir de ¡¡YA!! no vuelvo a comprar nada mas en gearbest y les comunicare a mis familiares y amigos que no lo hagan dado los problemas generados. Si no me quieren devolver el dinero, al menos, díganme que tengo que hacer para que me envíen uno totalmente nuevo y sin problemas, creerme que esto ya resulta cansado.
