Duda con flasheo / vendedor Aliexpress

Hola, tras 6 días sin contestar tras la compra, el vendedor de Mi global store de Aliexpress me manda esto:

PD: Si elijo que me lo manden flasheado van a tardar más, no? por lo de los 14 días del bootloader

Ellos se botan esos 14 días .. no se cómo... Creo que dicen que tardan unos 4 días más pero no por eso... pero creo que esta tienda tampoco tiene una normal general. Yo lo pedí cerrado el jueves pasado y aún no me lo han enviado.. y no le tienen que hacer nada al móvil...

Son unos impresentables, en mi caso 6 días y me decían desde el primero que en 2 días me hacían el envío.

Me cansé y cancelé el pedido.
