Gts 2 mini - Notify and fitnees

Hola gente, soy un reciente dueño del gts2 mini. Anteriormente tuve: Moto 360 (el primero, nunca hubo uno tan pero tan bello, lástima su pobre autonomía); Stratos 2; mi band 4; Imilab W12, y ahora éste. Es recomendable utilizar la app Notify and fitnees? De ser así xq?
Segunda consulta, alguien lo usa para ducharse? Hay mucho riesgo?
