Te recomiendo que uses el black market alpha (o algo asi, no recuerdo bien el orden) que es para descargar aplicaciones (si estan en ese market) sin tener que pagar... es como el mercado negro.. XD la descargas aunque ponga precio que es gratis XD

Pues sí, una putada, te recomiendo que le instales una ROM WM original para mandarla al SAT, puede que si ven Android no te cubra la garantía (si es que te queda).

Ya no tiene garantia. Pregunto: que pasa si reseteo el PDA de la siguiente forma?

Me pasó algo muy curioso, conecte el PDA (ubs) al PC y si funciona el touch screen!!!!
Que puede ser lo que este fallando? alguna idea?

Ese Hard Reset funcionaba en WM en Android no lo he probado, lo que hace es dejar la ROM como recién instalada.
Lo de enchufarla y que funcione el Touch no tengo ni idea, de todas maneras si el problema es de la botonera a la larga volverá a aparecer. No eres al primero que le ha pasado. Lo malo es que la mandes y empiece a funcionar bien mientras está en el SAT y no le hagan nada.
