[ CONSULTA ] No puedo encender mi movil

Hi all!
Weeks ago, I dont know why, I can't turn off my device because when I turn it on, keeps only working the rom screen: if I have cm7 mod, it keeps bugged in the screen with the android and the arrow turning around... I have changed the rom but it continues...
Sometimes, loads and I can put my pin, but I only see my dock bar, not android system...
Its because I changed my splash image? Or because I have a bad CPU configuration? I have a ZTE-Skate.

Que desde hace un tiempo, no puedo apagar ni reinicoat ell mobil, porque se me queda buggeado en la pantalla de inicio de la rim que tengo, o a veces consigo poner el pin pero solo veo la barra de notificaciones i nada.mas..
tambien a cambiado el rendimineto de mi mobil, va mas lento, y por cada vez que abro una app de me gasta un poco mas de bateria, es decir, si la.tengo en 64, abro youtube y ahora la.tengo.a 63...
No tengo nidea de porque...
