¿Como dar soporte de actualizaciones via OTA?

Hola a tod@s llevo días probando diferentes formas para dar soporte via OTA con resultados fallidos, por eso recurro a vosotr@s para pediros ayuda. Sigo la siguiente guia para crear los archivos ota_conf y ota.xml "https://github.com/ResurrectionRemix/packages_apps_ResurrectionOTA", el archivo ota_conf lo copio al directorio raíz donde tengo las fuentes para compilar y el archivo ota.xml lo subo a github. Me sucede que cuando intento desde el teléfono comprobar la actualización me dice que "No se puede comprobar la actualización" cuando está subida a Mega. ¿Qué puede estar fallando? Gracias por leerme y vuestro tiempo.
