Signal problem

friends my phone cant call nowhere when battery under the %35. The signal is decreasing. Anyone can help me pls.
Could it be the battery ?

cm10 is working now. i tried the many roms but all of them doesnt work. the same problem again

Yes, it could be a rom problem, but you are having that issue in different roms, isn't true? So I must think it's a hardware problem.
I'm using Emotionui B315, and my battery works fine...
