Qué graciosos estos de gearbest, resulta que pides un pedido q dice tiempo de entrega (10-25 días laborables) y cuando reclamas pq no llega el envío resultaaaaa q el tiempo de "deadline" son 60 días y q no se puede reclamar hasta ese plazo. Claro, q ese pequeño dato de DOBLAR el tiempo de envío te lo dan ahora, NUNCA cuando haces la compra.Son la repera esta gente. Qué suerte pagar por PayPal.

Tengo varios pedidos pendientes, 2 de ellos son de diciembre, uno del dia 20 y otro del dia 30.
Las reclamaciones no son contestadas. La última vez me contestaron al cabo de casi 3 meses. Desde aquí se puede hacer algo?. Según su respuesta, pediré el reembolso a Paypal. Espero su respuesta. Gracias

Gearbest miente
Que graciosos y timadores sois los de gearbest, hago un pedido de un xiaomi a1 el 11/11, mes y medio después no ha llegado abro una reclamación en PayPal, se ha perdido el pedido, gearbest pasa de mi, PayPal me devuelve el dinero.
El 3 de enero escribo a Gearbest para decir lo mal que tratan a los clientes y que afortunadamente PayPal ha devuelto el dinero, me responden diciendo que me envía un móvil sin coste (😮), pienso que será que tratan mejor de lo que pensaba a sus clientes, pero No, ahora se ve no les apetece y me dicen que hay un caso en PayPal y que ya me responderán por PayPal... Pero si no hay ningún caso!!! Vaya vergüenza de trato!, cuando la gente compra las cosas enviadlas y si prometeis móviles Cumplido y si no no lu hubierais dicho!
