Pues yo no logro conectar con pc en modo fastboot he instalado los drivers para Windows 10, el mio es 64 bits no se si es eso el problema, con hisuite no tengo problema

Sin abrir antes bootloader no creo que puedas hacer rebrand ni nada de este método. Por eso te está dando fallo al intentar escribir el Kernel. A ver si algún experto comenta pero yo creo que no se puede hacer así.

Hola @rozen No es complicado; simplemente es tedioso para realizar el esbloqueo de fastboot y estar conectando el telefono a la computadora; yo tuve mucho ese problema puesto que tengo windows 10 64 bits; pero dejando todo... ME VA DE MARAVILLA EL TELEFONO!; te cuento que ayer al medio dia cargue el telefono al 100% y lo estuve usando todo el día y la noche (Tuve reunión con los amigos); en ese momento tenia un 70% de bateria y lo usamos como punto de acceso Wi-fi y reproduciendo musica con Spotify & Bluetooth; y te digo que me duro hasta las 4 am llegue a casa con 15% de bateria sin problemas; La rom mejora muchos fallos que la Rom de Telcel tiene principalmente el error de la pantalla de bloqueo Animate no es complicado el asunto solo que si es tedioso estar conectando y desconectando para que windows lo reconozca
